While our suppliers state 5 years, we suggest updating your jewelry in about 3-5 years!
Do you offer a warranty on jewelry?
We guarantee our weld for 30 days! If your jewelry breaks at the weld within this time frame we will reweld at no cost. If your jewelry breaks within the chain, we will replace for a discounted price!
Do you have a return and exchange policy?
Since our pieces are custom fit we do not offer refunds once the jewelry has been cut and sized to your liking
